Margaret Young is a marketing expert with a passion for creating new ways to help B2B and B2C businesses reach unexploited market opportunities cost-effectively. A former IBM strategy executive and General Manager of Ogilvy’s Consulting Division, Margaret is a serial entrepreneur who has started and successfully built several digital marketing enterprises. She has led key marketing initiatives for clients that include American Airlines, Wachovia Bank, General Electric, AT&T and First Union Bank. She uses her diverse experiences to bring a unique blend of general management, market strategy, customer experience, digital marketing, market research, technology and business process redesign across a broad range of industries to every client she works with. Margaret received her MBA from Harvard University and BA from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Business and Emmanuel College. |
Wendy Vincent is a B2B, technology and services marketing veteran who is known for her ability to develop and implement innovative and compelling business growth initiatives. With over twenty-five years’ experience at Dell-EMC and other industry leading companies, Wendy provides clients with the strategy, marketing, and communications expertise to launch products, build engagement and loyalty programs, improve customer experience, and accelerate sales growth. She led EMC Global Services Communications managing all digital properties. Her team captured, documented, published, tracked, and syndicated industry trends, market insight papers and customer case studies demonstrating EMC’s thought leadership and increasing awareness of its extensive services capabilities. Urcil Peters is a strategic marketing and consumer insights expert with extensive experience gaining and transforming deep consumer and brand knowledge into actionable strategies that yield year-over-year growth for top domestic and global brands. Most recently he successfully introduced market research and analytics best practices into Marriott Vacations Worldwide that sustained the company through significant economic and market changes. His team was responsible for mining consumer data for leverageable insights to improve effectiveness in brand, digital strategy, marketing, sales, finance, operations and other teams. Urcil is a former VP, Marketing Director at Digitas and also was Senior Partner at OgilvyOne where he co-founded the company's Relationship Marketing practice. Urcil holds an MBA from Pace University, a BA from Hunter College, New York and completed his first year in an Executive Doctorate Business Administration program at Rollins College. Pam's leadership of global marketing teams at AlliedSignal and Honeywell delivered value to more than a dozen markets. During her corporate tenure she led marketing, customer service and e-business departments; designed, built, and managed global marketing organizations; built brand equity and refined brand strategies; in addition to developing and implementing communication strategies. Pam is responsible for generating a mature business's first and only patent and led teams winning corporate competitions. Laura McTaggart is a management consultant who helps clients solve problems that maximize customer and business impact.
